Welcome to Coast Is Clear Property Checks ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the property inspection services we provide. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Services

Coast Is Clear Property Checks provides scheduled exterior visual property inspections and related documentation, including written summaries, photographs, and video recordings. Our services are intended to help property owners monitor the visible exterior condition of their property.

Unless specifically agreed to in writing, we do not:

• Enter the interior of a home or structure.

• Perform repairs, maintenance, cleaning, or contractor services.

• Provide security guard or alarm monitoring services.

• Guarantee the prevention or detection of theft, vandalism, trespassing, water intrusion, or other property damage.

• Provide engineering, architectural, insurance, or legal opinions.

Inspection Scope

Inspections are visual observations made from accessible exterior areas of the property at the time of the visit.

Inspection reports reflect conditions observed during the inspection only. Conditions may change immediately after the inspection due to weather, vandalism, equipment failure, or other events beyond our control.

Scheduling

Inspection frequency is based on the service plan selected by the customer.

Inspection dates and times are not guaranteed and may be adjusted due to weather, emergencies, unsafe conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate contact information.

• Ensure the property is legally accessible.

• Provide any necessary gate codes or access instructions.

• Notify us of contractors, guests, tenants, or scheduled work that may affect inspections.

• Maintain the property in a reasonably safe condition for inspection.

Reports and Notifications

Following each completed inspection, we will provide a written summary and, when included in the selected service plan, photographs and/or video documentation.

If we observe a condition that appears to require attention, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer using the contact information provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate contact information, communication failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Payment

Payment is due according to the selected service plan.

Recurring plans may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
 

Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel their service by providing the required notice described in their service agreement.
 

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Fees already earned for completed services are non-refundable.

• Partial months or unused inspections are not guaranteed to be refunded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coast Is Clear Property Checks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
 

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the inspection or monthly service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

No Warranty

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

We make no guarantee that every defect, maintenance issue, weather event, trespass, or developing condition will be identified during an inspection.

Weather and Force Majeure
 

We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by severe weather, hurricanes, flooding, snow, ice, natural disasters, road closures, government actions, labor disputes, power outages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property
 

All website content, inspection reports, photographs, videos, logos, branding, graphics, and written materials are the property of Coast Is Clear Property Checks unless otherwise noted.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

Privacy
 

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
